Most of the offices, shops, and other business activities are reopened after the lockdown of Covid-19. When most countries-imposed a lockdown in their countries, every single person is badly affected by this lockdown. Thousands of people lost their jobs, many organizations wind up their business. Now, the situation is different, most of the countries are back to a normal routine with strict SOPs. Every organization’s main focus is to implement SOP’s during office and no compromise in SOPs because if there are no SOPs in any place, government officials seal that place. The Health and Safety Environment department of every organization working day and night to prepare SOPs in the office and also make ensure that no one is violating any SOPs. I appreciate the efforts of every HSE department officer but we all know that there is a lack in implementation of SOPs. In many offices, when we entering in office, we put on a face mask but after some time everyone is without a face mask. So, there is a lack of implementation of SOPs in organizations. HSE should prepare such plans which monitor every employee’s movement and I know this is not possible manually to monitor every employee in the office. In this article, I discussed a special project which was designed by Netsoltech. I always try to cover innovations and especially those innovations which are unique as in my articles, I discussed the Nutanix Project which is also the demand of the current situation.
Netsoltech designed a project which helps in monitoring every employee during office or even at home. Monitoring means to monitor that he/she is following all SOPs defined by the organization. Netsoltech named this project as “NXT Covid-Aware Smart Workplace”. The NXT Workplace is a 3D Digital Twin of your workplace that allows you to bring employees back safely, manage employees working from home, foster community, and transform your organization. This project helps your organization to make a 3D digital model of your organization and you can easily monitor your whole organization and also ensure that your all employees are safe. This project is divided into three main factors.
Digital Community
A digital community means a community which is monitor or operate digitally. In this section, your whole workplace structure is on mobile apps. When you enter the parking lot of your office you can easily check from your mobile that which parking space is vacant. You can also mark your attendance or do a check-in through your mobile. Your space is also reserved on your mobile app, no one use your seat or place because it’s already reserved. From this technology, we can monitor total employees in the office and also decide that this population is safe or unsafe according to COVID-19 SOPs. Whenever two employees come closer and violate social distancing, the alarm activated and informs all other staff who is connected through this project. You can attend your meeting with customers or with your employees by Virtual Reality Headset technology. At the end of the day, you can check out and also give your feedback through this app.
Health and Safety First
This is the main focus and section of this project. In this section, we monitor every aspect which affects our employee’s health and safety. Through this app, we can mark places between your desks to implement social distancing and if someone uses that place which is marked as a cross, an alarm is activated and everyone knows that someone violates SOPs. Through this app, you can check the temperature in your building, your building space available capacity, and also check how much capacity is filled.
Productivity Management
From this section, you can manage your employees working hours, which means you can watch every employee that he/she is working and completing their hours even working at home. You can manage your whole building admins related work means water dispenser level, washroom conditions, and overall building hygienic condition. This app shows you every room temperature, air quality, and environmental condition.
Netsoltech did a great job of designing this workplace. I always appreciate those projects which are the demand of the current scenario means you should always think about what is your target audience’s current demand and make that project which is your audience’s demand. Up till now, this project is best in every aspect but I hope that when this project is applied to a different organization, it will helpful for that organization. We see many times that projects are looking perfect on paper but when it will be applied it will become a total disaster, the customer is irritated with errors or flaws which are they facing regularly in using new apps.
